Welcome to NICNAK CLOTHING We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you are not satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below for guidance on returning items and requesting a refund or exchange.
1. RETURNS
ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at NIKKI@NICNAKCLOTHING.COM to request a return authorization.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Include the return authorization in your shipment.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
REFUND
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in section 1 and then place a new order for the desired item.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at NIKKI@NICNAKCLOTHING.COM within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
